Our Story

  • Uncommon begins as an invite-only dinner for female leaders in Singapore.

  • Interviewed over 120 professional women in Singapore about career advancement and aspirations. Tested out membership and content with a likelihood of recommending to a friend: 9/10.

  • Launch of Core Group membership with a batch of 21 members.

  • We now run 10 core groups across 9 countries, with just over 80 members!
