A Different Kind of Black Friday:
Two Years to Transform Your Leadership
A 2-year Uncommon membership for women who want to lead with more courage, clarity, and community in an uncertain world.
The World Is in Flux. Your Leadership Doesn’t Have to Be.
War, climate anxiety, polarisation, economic uncertainty, AI reshaping entire industries — if you’re feeling a low-grade malaise mixed with pressure to “hold it all together,” you’re not alone.
Many women we speak to are quietly asking:
Where am I going next?
Who am I becoming?
How do I stay grounded when the world feels unstable?
And what kind of world am I helping to build for the next generation?
We’re living through a moment that demands a different kind of leadership — not louder or harsher, but wiser.
More relational. More human. More courageous. Deeply grounded in values and community.
That’s why Uncommon exists: to gather women who want to build a better future together, not just survive the present alone.
This Black Friday, instead of a flash sale, we’re offering something else: a two-year container for your growth, your voice, your leadership, and your community.
WHAT IS UNCOMMON?
Uncommon is a peer-learning and coaching community for women leaders, founders, and change-makers.
We bring together women across industries, roles, and geographies to:
tell the truth about where they are
expand what they believe is possible
deepen their leadership, visibility, and impact
build real, long-term relationships with other women on the same path
Uncommon is not a quick-fix course.
It’s a living ecosystem of coaching, peer groups, dinners, salons, challenges, and circles that support you through the actual complexity of your life and work.
Black Friday Early Access: Two Years of Uncommon
For a limited time, we’re offering:
Two full years of Uncommon membership for S$2,595
(This is effectively two years for the price of one and the lowest rate we will ever offer.)
🕛 Early access ends November 30 at midnight Singapore time.
Year 1
Year 2
Full Uncommon Experience
peer coaching sessions with full access to all community events and gatherings.
Community Access
stay connected to the network, events, and challenges, without the coaching component.
Year 1 – Your Full Development Arc
Discovery → Practice → Integration
Clarity. Direction. Self-awareness.
You begin the year by grounding into who you are and where you’re heading.
You’ll complete:
CliftonStrengths or equivalent assessment
Values mapping – what truly matters to you
Leadership baseline – where you are now
Vision & North Star setting – your direction for the year
4-Month Development Plan – clear goals and track selection
Outcome: You don’t stumble into the year. You enter March with clarity, language for your strengths, and a grounded sense of direction.
Deep learning in one of five pathways.
This is your intensive 4-month coaching period, focusing on one of the five Learning Tracks* below, and during Practice you receive:
4 x coaching sessions (1:1 or small group) aligned with your track
2 x track-wide or cohort-wide sessions (Opening in March + Closing in June)
Outcome: You build real momentum— sharper clarity, braver decisions, practical tools, and a visible difference in how you show up at work and in life.
*Learning Tracks:
-
For women who want to own their story, strengthen their voice, and build an authentic public presence.
Focus: storytelling, visibility, thought leadership, showing up consistently.
-
For women leading in uncertainty and complexity.
Focus: influence, power dynamics, strategic decision-making, relational leadership.
-
For women building something new — a venture, product, platform, creative project or movement.
Focus: shaping your idea, testing, storytelling your creation, execution accountability.
-
For women in the middle of a pivot — career, geography, industry, or identity.
Focus: reframing your story, exploring options, designing your next chapter, emotional resilience.
-
For women seeking deeper meaning, alignment, and contribution.
Focus: values-led choices, legacy, contribution pathways, inner alignment.
Where learning becomes lived and relationships become real.
The rest of the year is about weaving everything into your everyday life.
You’ll access:
Curated 1:1 introductions based on your goals and needs
Visibility challenges or sprints to grow your voice and presence
Optional focused sprints (e.g. boundaries, influence, energy, creativity, writing)
Monthly community gatherings – dinners, salons, circles, workshops
Accountability spaces to keep momentum going
Ongoing access to the global Uncommon network
Outcome: By the end of Year 1, you’re not just “inspired.” You’ve acted, experimented, been seen, stretched, and held.
Year 2 – Stay Rooted in Community
In your second year, you move into our Community Access tier.
You keep:
Community dinners
Salons, workshops, and circles
Learning sprints & challenges
Visibility initiatives
Online community access
Peer connection spaces
Local and global meetups
Access to the wider Uncommon network
You don’t join the intensive Practice cycle again (no new Discovery assessments, track placement, or coaching block).
Why this matters:
By then, you’ll have done a deep year of transformation.
Year 2 gives you what most women actually need after that: continuity, community, and a place to keep growing, experimenting and being seen.
Is This for You?
This 2-year membership is designed for women who:
are mid–senior in their career or building something of their own
feel the weight of uncertainty but don’t want to shrink in response
want more courage, clarity and visibility in how they lead
are navigating or anticipating a big transition
crave depth, honesty and thoughtful community (not performative networking)
want to be part of building a more humane, equitable, creative future
If you feel a mix of “this scares me a bit” and “I know I need this,” you’re exactly who we built this for.

FAQs
-
Your membership starts with the Discovery phase in January, followed by Practice (March–June) and Integration (July–December). Your Community Access year then follows.
-
You’ll choose one track for your 4-month Practice cycle each year. If you continue with a full membership again in future, you can switch tracks or deepen in the same one at a new level.
-
In the Practice phase (Mar–Jun), you can expect around 2–4 hours per month between sessions and integration work. Outside of that, you choose your level of involvement with events, dinners, and sprints.
-
No. Our members include founders, senior leaders, operators, creatives, consultants, and women in transition. The common thread is values, ambition, and a desire to grow in community.
-
That’s exactly what Discovery is for. Many women join feeling “foggy” or in-between chapters. We help you map your strengths, values, and direction before you choose your track.
-
Yes. This is a Black Friday-only 2-year rate and we don’t plan to repeat it.
If You’ve Been Waiting for a Sign, This Is It.
The world doesn’t need more burnt-out women trying to hold everything together alone.
It needs women who are supported, resourced, seen, and connected — so they can lead in ways that are deeply human and fiercely hopeful.
If you feel the pull, trust it.
